Evan Brand, CPT is the founder and host of Not Just Paleo. He is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in training and Certified Personal Trainer from the Onnit Academy in Austin, TX. Evan shares lessons learned from spending over 10,000 hours working in the forest and natural world restoring farmland to park space, planting trees, natural habitat restoration, observing wildlife and learning to use nature as medicine.
